All approved returns will be processed for store credit.

Return Policy 

To start your return- email: with your order email and order number. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. Please return the item within 14 days for a store credit +$8 extra or a refund to original form of payment (This is only applicable if we received your return within 7 days.) For pickup orders: If 10 days have passed since you were notified order was ready for pickup,  unfortunately we are not able to offer you a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Due to increased "wardrobing returns" we have introduced a new return policy. This does not mean returns won't be accepted but simply placing guidelines to rule out illegitimate returns. Please read over the policies and if you have any questions please email:

We offer exchanges for defective items (if available). Item will need to be sent back within 5 days. Please send us an email at

Our products move fast so we do not offer size exchanges due to sizing possibly being out of stock. You will instead, receive a store credit to be applied to different size (if available) or another product. 10 days return from delivery date also applies. 

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
If you are approved, then store credit will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 24-48 hours. If you have no customer account, it will be applicable based on your original purchase email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will be deducted from store credit. 

Gift cards

All gift card purchases are final. Funds will not be reimbursed if card is not used before expiration. Gift cards expire after 1 year. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
