Re-ship Fee: $5.00 

   Please verify address is correct when ordering. Any packages that are returned to sender due to customer error will only be reshipped after new postage is paid. Free shipping code is not valid twice on same order. Chulada de vida boutique is Not responsible for shipping delays.

Customers are responsible for providing correct address at time of purchase. Packages sent to wrong address and not returned to sender, are not subject for store credit. 

If package is lost, it becomes a matter of customer and USPS. Unfortunately, we do not see additional tracking information on our end. Please contact local USPS for further tracking information.

Customer may be eligible to receive compensation on missing or lost packages, however, customer will need to file a claim with USPS. Chulada de vida boutique, is not responsible to replace missing, lost or “delivered” packages.
